About FoldifyCase Foldable Phone Experts
FoldifyCase exists because folding phones deserve cases engineered around the hinge, not adapted from a slab. Every millimetre, every magnet, every finish — designed to vanish into the device.
On the benchOur story
Why we obsess over every millimetre.
FoldifyCase started with a cracked hinge and a bad case. The phone was a brand-new Z Fold — the case was a slab-phone design with a flat back glued to folding hardware.
We built the first FoldifyCase on a kitchen table, using CAD files reverse-engineered from a caliper and a spare phone. Four prototypes later, it opened without resistance and closed without a gap.
That's still how every case begins — with the hinge, not the back panel.
A case for a folding phone can't be an afterthought. It has to move with the hinge.
What we believe
Three pillars. No compromises.
Everything we ship has to earn its place against these three tests. If it fails any one of them, it doesn't ship.
Engineered for the hinge
Every shell is modelled around the device's fold geometry first — not retrofitted from a slab-phone template.
Magnetically aligned
N52 neodymium arrays matched to the MagSafe standard. Accessories click on where you expect them to — and stay.
Tested past the spec
Drop-tested beyond MIL-STD 810H. We keep breaking prototypes until the production piece stops flinching.
Final inspectionThe craft
Precision isn't a feature. It's the starting line.
Injection tooling is cut to ±0.02 mm. Magnets are seated with a jig, not a hand. Every unit is hand-inspected before it leaves the line — cases that don't close flush get cut up, never boxed.
We'd rather ship fewer, slower, than ship one that rattles.
If it rattles, it doesn't ship.
