Every new Flip generation changes the cover display and hinge geometry, so we never stretch old tooling. Flip 8 cases will follow the same rules as our Flip 7 line: cover-display-safe bumpers that never overlap the touchscreen, hinge-free two-piece fits that close flush, and MagSafe-ready N52 magnet rings sized to the slim chassis.
Cover display still works perfectly through the case — I can reply to texts without flipping it open.

Many of our models include built-in N52-grade neodymium rings positioned over the wireless charging coil. Look for the "MagSafe-compatible" tag on individual product pages — these work with MagSafe chargers, wallets, car mounts and grip rings.
